Resource Tuner

As the name indicates, this is an advanced visual editor for Windows programs. With Resource Tuner, you will be able to gut and browse the interior of Windows executables and programs.

Basically, it is a very powerful editor for advanced users and programmers (careful with what you touch), from which you can view, modify, rename, add, delete, and extract executable resources (EXE) from 32bit Windows (also from EXE, DLL, SYS, MSSTYLES, SCR, and other files).

You can view cursors, icons, bitmaps, PNG, GIF, AVI, and JPG images. Also, you can listen to WAV and MIDI audio resources and view/modify menus, dialogues, messages, strings, etc.
